Do you collect in my area?

Almost certainly! We cover some regions with our own van fleet, and everywhere else with tracked & insured couriers.

What’s involved in the cleaning & servicing process?

We do a safe and thorough clean on all parts of your pram, adhering to manufacturers’ guidelines and using a combination of hand washing and air drying.

We also carry out a full clean service on the chassis, frames, wheels, and other hardware. We oil and tighten and check everything’s working ok!

Do you do repairs?

Our technicians carry out a wide range of repairs to frames, fabrics and other items. Sometimes we spot problems you may not have known about, and we’ll contact you to discuss repair options and costs.

How long does the process take?

Once we’ve received your items, we usually require 7-10 working days to complete and check our work. We don’t take short cuts, but if you’d like a faster service we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can you remove mould?

We do our best to get everything as clean and safe as possible, taking advice from manufacturers about the most appropriate processes and products. We often encounter mould on fabrics, and occasionally black mould, which can leave permanent marks. We do not use peroxide, bleach, or any other mould/mildew removal products, so if you are unsure about whether to use your prams etc if mould is present, we strongly recommend seeking advice from a qualified source, such as the following:

What can’t you repair or clean?

Items are cleaned in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions. We do our best to get everything as clean and safe as possible, but it is not always possible to remove mould from hardware or fabrics. We do not use peroxide, bleach, or any other mould/mildew removal products, so if you are unsure about whether to use your prams etc. if mould is present, we strongly recommend seeking advice from a qualified source, such as the following:

We will not clean car seats which have passed their manufacturers’ recommended life span or damaged equipment that doesn’t conform to Health and Safety standards. Recently a car seat was sent in for cleaning. When the covers were removed, we could see that it was irreparably damaged. The customer was consulted and the seat was disposed of at their request.

How do I know the cleaning solutions you use are safe for my baby?

We clean in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines and use mild, non-toxic detergents. We do not use fabric softeners as these can sometimes affect the flame retardant properties of certain fabrics.

If you have concerns about allergies, please contact us so we can tailor our process to your requirements.

What if my pram only needs a light clean. Is the price lower?

While a lot of the dirt we deal with is visible, our deep cleaning ensures that all dirt and bacteria are dealt with. That’s why we don’t differentiate on pricing. Our prices are the same regardless of the level of surface dirt. The only extra charges are for any additional repairs, which we would always call you about to discuss.

Do you supply spare parts?

We source new and use parts from range of brands and suppliers, but we cannot guarantee to get exactly what you need. Please check with us in advance of booking.

When do I pay?

We ask for a 30% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance is due before we return your order. We will send you a payment link for payment online or by bank transfer.

Is my deposit refundable?

We’re happy to refund your deposit in full up to the last working day before your collection, unless we have sent you packaging for courier transport, in which case we will deduct £20 from the deposit amount.

Are my items insured?

Yes. Your items are insured from the moment we collect or receive them to when you get them back. Check our terms for specific insurance details.

What if I’m not happy with the service I’ve received?

Contact us as soon as possible so we can try and put things right!
